Car Care Service

One of the best mechanics I’ve worked with. I had an issue that several dealers couldn’t fix and he was so thoughtful and thorough. Also so reasonably priced. I feel infinitely safer in my car thanks to him.

I honestly wouldn't the take my car anywhere else after seeing how Brett was able to rejuvenate my 20 year old Infiniti FX. The car needed brakes and bearings and he was also able to find and fix my elusive oil leak I was stressing over. He found that my camshafts sensors needed to be replaced and the results were night and day, I can't get over how much of a difference it made. This guy really knows his stuff, the car drives like the wind and I couldn't be more satisfied with his work. I would recommend Car Care Service to anyone in the Bay Area in need of quality import engine work.

I want to call out the amazing excellent service I just received from Brett at Car Care Service. It all started on Tuesday at 5 p.m. when my car lost power and made grinding sounds while accelerating onto the freeway. Once the tow truck finally arrived, I found that almost every place was closed. I kept calling around and luckily found Brett at Car Care Service. Technically, they should have been closing, but they told me to go ahead and bring the car in. I think they kept the door open long enough for me and the tow truck to get there. I was absolutely sure my transmission had failed and was terrified it was going to come with a very painful price tag. Brett took the next two days to do a full diagnostic and check everything. He identified two broken axles in my car and was able to get it fixed and back on the road within 48 hours. He was very frank and upfront about all the work and recommendations, without being pushy about any services. I was ecstatic and very happy with their work. The car is running beautifully. They were even able to look into two other issues I had asked them about. Their professionalism, amazing demeanor, and friendliness make them a shop I will happily

Awesome folks, quality work, timely delivery, and great service! I am so happy to have found such a great place and will proudlysupport this small business. Brett and his team came highly recommended to me by my neighbor, whose entire family had their cars serviced by Car Care Service. Now I can honestly say I also recommend them too! I made an appointment for a Friday brake inspection as I was looking for new brakes for my older car. They inspected it and told me exactly what needed to be replaced and the cost upfront. They were able to do the work that day. Their prices were very reasonable, and they went above and beyond to deliver within their estimated time frame. They did everything right to finish my car so I could have it for the weekend. I am so happy to support such a reliable and professional independent repair shop! Now I know where to go for all of my car needs! Thanks again!

This place is the best. These guys are completely above board, honest as the day is long, and they know their stuff. This is my second car that I’ve broght to them; tonight on the way home the check engine light came on; this could either be something simple or the death of a vehicle. I dropped by at 5 o’clock to see if they could get me in the next day (The owner and mechanic had to leave to pick up his kids but instead he took a few minutes to help me ) they took the time to check my oil level and run a diagnostic. No need to worry. Cost $0.00. 2024: I've been back sinnce and my review still stands. As a geek myself I took one look in their shop and realized that these guys were serious: half of the shop looks like a junkyard - fancy waiting rooms? No. Coffee? Sure if you go across the street. Mechanical geeks who love what they do? Yes they are!
